Assessments are a tool, and the results of the assessment(s) help determine specific traits, strengths, weaknesses/gaps, communication style, the management or leadership style, and sometimes golden nuggets; there are different assessments for different needs and intentions. I work with leaders to develop a map of where they want to be. Assessments are a powerful tool that lets clients know their point A- where to start!

EQ-i 2.0 and EQ-i 2.0 360

The Emotional Quotient Index 2.0 looks at your Emotional Intelligence (EQ) is a set of emotional and social skills that collectively establish how well we:

  • Perceive and express ourselves

  • Develop and maintain social relationships

  • Cope with challenges

  • Use emotional information in an effective and meaningful way.

  • It can predict our success in life and work and be changed!

It used to be that Emotional Intelligence (EQ) was called “soft” skills. Today, emotional intelligence makes up basic human behavior skills that affect our work, live, and relationships.

This includes several types of reports: workplace, Leadership, group, and 360 assessment.  The EQ-i 2.0 can be used with individuals and in groups.

DISC Style and Behavior Assessment and DISC 360**

The DISC Assessment looks at our observable behaviors and communication styles. This assessment will help you see your style and see what is working and not working for you. We all have different biases, preferences, motivations/values, skills, and experiences. The DISC examines how these influence our communication and behavior and we use our energy. This assessment:

  • It helps you see your style.

  • See what works for you and control your style.

  • Supports how to use your style to work with others

  • It supports more adaption in your communication

This assessment supports you in improving your communication, reducing your stress, and enhancing your relationships.

The DISC can be used with individuals and with teams and groups.


Positive Intelligence Saboteur Assessment

Positive Intelligence's Saboteur Assessment is the foundation of an 8-Week Mental Fitness program. Understanding that inner critical voice or Saboteur is key to taming them. This assessment shows and identifies the voices in your head that generate negative emotions in how you handle life’s everyday challenges.


Saboteurs represent automated patterns in your mind for thinking, feeling, and responding. They cause stress, anxiety, self-doubt, frustration, restlessness, and unhappiness. They sabotage your performance, well-being, and relationships.

This assessment is key to conquering these destructive voices 

alone or as part of the Mental Fitness program. This can be

part of individual coaching, group coaching, or separate workshops.
